They get lots of blowouts - like the one right behind us just now (7:45ish). Yes, we were suppose to leave around 1pm and instead got out right at 7:30.
Great day! Kids both have allergies/spring colds and Matt could not decide if we should go or not since they will be alone with his parents on a mountain in the middle of nowhere. Spent the entire day trying to figure out what he wanted to do since his reunion and his parents watching the kids. Men can be so indecisive.
I thought putting Owen in shorts when we played outside would inspire (force) him to start walking, but all it did was scrape up his knees. Felt a little bad about that this morning. He is starting to talk a little though, saying bye bye when he waves and I think I heard a mama today when he crawled over one time. It was nice.
Worked on teaching Caroline a Beatles song today - Hello Goodbye. Pretty sure her favorite part is telling me to say Hello hello and she says bye bye bye bye. Owen enjoys it too since he gets to practice waving and saying bye bye.
Owen is also starting to do wheels on the bus - just motions for horn and the doors, but it did surprise me when I was backing out the driveway and saw him doing the horn. Kind of wonder how long he has been doing it.
NOTE: Did this post Thursday night in the car - could not get it to post until now. Will update on weekend soon...
