After reading up on the extremely trusty wikipedia, I am now becoming more convinced that we may have at least some "outside influences" on our environmental warming. Not saying I am going to trash the place, but does what we do really have that big of an impact compared to this large mass that is responsible for all life either surviving or dying? Sometimes the whole "green movement" just feels like another fad that celebs can get behind and is not very controversial. Who is really going to stand up and say, "I don't care about the Earth. Let's trash the thing!"
Painters are done. The cabinets are way too shiny, but hoping it is just because they used oil paint and that it will dry much flatter. Otherwise, will need to call my guy Tim back.
Spent more time at Target today. Ran into a friend and ended up being there for over an hour. It was crazy. Had to go, but this will be the only trip this week. Needed to get a birthday present for one of Caroline's friends who we are missing the party for this week and a couple presents for Caroline. Good times.
On a humorous note, a friend from across the street just called to see if we could play (no, Owen is still sleeping). She has two little boys 2 and 4 and apparently had to get off the phone when she discovered one of them had just peed out in the yard. Do not think she was very happy about that....
Oh, and just found out someone else is pregnant! Guessing she is due very end of December. Four December babies - in one year? That is just crazy!

yeah, who else got knocked up? there's no way it's me seeing as how I haven't even had a date since the Carter Administration or something.
