She did it!

She ran around and played with a giant smile the entire time today at soccer! May not be a super soccer star one day, but she loved it. It was great to see her really starting to come out of her shell around all her friends and the coach who she barely even knows. I was so proud. Do have to say that some of those little three year old boys (only three of the ten are girls and one of those refused to play today) are really good. Not sure when they are turning four, but was really surprised to watch them. Of course the two really good ones are in Caroline's class and happen to be the ones she said were cute on Monday!

Matt is out of town for a quick trip to Seattle. Leaving tonight and getting back tomorrow night. No bump out there (it was booked too late!), but he gets a good ride home so he will hopefully get everything he needs to done and be ready to hang out with me when he gets back.

Yeah, glad she did it! Glad you are posting again and I feel for Matt, that is one hell of a day trip! Too bad he won't get to see the sites!

Way to go Caroline! Isn't that a great feeling when you realize that they are in a situation where they don't know many people, but they are not all clingy? We've just started having that experience over the last few weeks - we realized at the last birthday party we were at that Zachary was off & running, without really knowing many people, and was having a good time. I love it. It's like they are finally realizing that they are separate people!

Mel- he has already been out there several times, but normally just has work to do anyways. This time from take off in Charlotte to touchdown in Charlotte he is right around 27 hours. The work piles up either way and he is usually on a tight time frame to get it turned. Stinks, but it is what he likes doing.

Rebecca- It really is the best feeling. I love watching her spread her wings. This has been such an amazing transition the last few weeks!
